Bio Energy Awareness Days (BEAD II)
Washington, D.C.
June 19-22, 2008
Note that the deadline for the “Grand Challenge” has been extended to April 30, 2008. This extension is provided due to a delay in posting the USDA REE Energy Research, Education, and Extension Strategic Plan. Applicants planning to submit to the “Grand Challenge” can find the Strategic Plan under the See Also section of this webpage.
The purpose of this event is to help increase awareness and knowledge related to the sustainable production of agriculture-based and natural resource-based renewable energy and the efficient use and conservation of energy for the benefit of rural communities and the Nation.
